SouthRidge Real Estate is Alabama's first and only national commercial real estate services company wholly owned and operated by minority and women owned business enterprises. ("MBE/WBE"). SouthRidge is a nationally certified minority owned commercial real estate services firm dedicated to providing extraordinary real estate solutions. We are an affiliate of Concordis-Ryland Real Estate and bring over 35 years of combined commercial real estate experience.

The SouthRidge/Concordis-Ryland affiliation provides a National Service Delivery Platform and is structured to provide a comprehensive solution for clients with national real estate service requirements. One of our SouthRidge professionals will act as the single point of contact for all real estate needs, thereby minimizing the time and expense of managing multiple providers, and ensuring a consistent quality service deliverable. Local market expertise is provided and coordinated through one of the SouthRidge Regional Offices working in tandem with our Concordis-Ryland affiliate office professionals, if needed.
